Salisbury Group of Artists was established in the 1940’s and exists for the advancement and practice of painting and allied visual arts. It is friendly group of people of all ages interested in art and offers members an opportunity to develop new skills and to exhibit their work.

There is a regular Friday afternoon art group from September to June with a comprehensive programme in an enjoyable setting including outdoor work in suitable weather. This is an opportunity for people to get together to do art and learn from each other. The group also arranges a varied programme of events and Exhibitions throughout the year including tutored workshops, painting days, demonstrations and visits to art exhibitions in London and elsewhere.
